You have 7 full days from the delivery timestamp to request a return or exchange on eligible orders.

• Items must be unused and in original operating condition.
• Original packaging, seal stickers, and included cables/accessories must remain intact.
• Valid order confirmation number or invoice receipt is required.

How to Request a Return

2. Attach short photos or videos verifying the item condition or defect.
3. Once approved by support, pack the hardware securely and ship it to our designated return address.

Refund Inspection & Timelines

• Payout: Approved refunds are issued directly back to your original payment channel within 3–5 business days.

Non-Refundable Scenarios
